Costa Mesa recently worked with ThirdWave to assist with the City's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendor selection and contract negotiation process. It was a genuinely pleasurable experience working with them.
ThirdWaves’s ERP experience, Project Management abilities, knowledge of ERP systems, and collaboration with the City Team made them a very reliable partner. ThirdWave was flexible throughout the vendor selection process and provided valuable input. Their proposal evaluations and detailed summary helped the City's selection team make informed decisions. Their cost proposals analysis helped the team understand the layered and complex cost structures. With their knowledge of government best practices, and ERP, they offered additional insights during the product/software demonstrations that also proved beneficial. Being expert contract negotiators, they negotiated terms with the top two vendors to secure contractual agreements that are financially and legally advantageous.
During implementation, the selected vendor and the project team heavily relied on ThirdWave's As-Is and To-Be process maps created during their proprietary Rapid Workflow sessions developed in the prior IT Strategic Plan.
