ThirdWave Continues Growing Its Dominance Doing IT Strategic Plans for Water Districts in California
October 30, 2024
Alameda County Water District, a 100-year-old organization, has chosen ThirdWave to execute its IT Master Plan (ITMP), a refresh of their 2018 plan.
This engagement will focus on management, operational and technological needs as performance parameters, resulting in a comprehensive and thorough assessment. The ITMP will align with the District’s vision and business strategies, while fostering business process improvement, increased operational efficiencies, and enhanced service delivery.
The new ITMP update and Implementation Roadmap, in conjunction with the District’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), will serve as a financial and resource planning instrument, forecasting major technology projects and investments.
ThirdWave is proud to have been selected for this engagement over other firms such as Plante Moran, Client First, and EMA, Inc. Our firm was selected because of our patented methodology Rapid Workflow Process Modeling®, 37 years’ experience, and our professional reputation. This success personifies ThirdWave’s growing dominance in the water district space in California, where we added Monterey One Water (the oldest in California) and Marin Water to our other 27 water district client list this year.
